Jared Sullivan is an Associate Broker with The Lerner Company. Jared provides strategic consulting for both Retail Development and Tenant/Landlord Representation throughout a six-state region in the Midwest. Originally from St. Louis, he moved to Omaha in 2012 while serving with the United States Air Force and joined The Lerner Company in 2016. Jared holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Project Management from Bellevue University, is the NE/IA ICSC NextGen Chair, a member of ChainLinks Retail Advisors, and is licensed in Nebraska, Iowa, and South Dakota. Away from the office, Jared enjoys traveling, playing golf, and spending time outdoors with his wife and two children.
