Ellie joined the Blair Freeman team as a fierce woman who was already dominating in the construction industry. Coming from a 15-year streak at one of the largest construction and engineering organizations in the US, she helped lead the company through adaptation to new software tools and processes. With a wide array of project management and operation skills, the success of her projects is a testament to her expertise in the field and the emphasis she places on safety, quality, schedule, and budget.

In addition to her career, Ellie pays her success forward by advocating for young women, men, and minorities to join the engineering/construction industry. Through her efforts, she has served on the AGC Workforce development committee, received 3 AGC Build Nebraska Awards for her projects as well as AGC Quality People Award for her innovation and commitment to her company, clients, projects, community and to future construction leaders.
