DaNay Kalkowski, an attorney with Seacrest & Kalkowski, PC, LLO, practices exclusively in the real estate, public-private partnership and land use areas. Over the past thirty years, she has been involved in numerous multi-faceted residential and commercial real estate development and redevelopment transactions and projects in Lincoln and other Nebraska communities. DaNay’s education includes a Bachelor of Science in business administration, with high distinction, from the University of Nebraska – Lincoln, and a Juris Doctorate, with high distinction, from the University of Nebraska School of Law. She is a member of the Lincoln, Nebraska and American Bar Associations.
