Sarah Gudeman specializes in energy-efficiency, indoor air quality, sustainability, and wellness for commercial real estate, working with architectural and owner teams to promote design and operation of high-performance buildings to maintain healthier indoor environments, increase occupant comfort, and lower costs.
Sarah prioritizes durable, resilient, passive strategies in the earliest stages of design and integrates performance considerations for all building systems into projects using building performance modeling throughout the design process. Proven Performance is another area of focus for Sarah through her work in commissioning and post-occupancy evaluations.
Currently serving as the Chair of the LEED Technical Advisory Group for Indoor Environmental Quality and actively participating in rating system development and ongoing communications with USGBC positions, Sarah is a uniquely qualified and valuable member of the project team.
