Jason’s 20+ years as a client advocate illustrate his passion for land development and real estate. With a background in planning, landscape design, and platting processes, he shaped an entire department at E&A devoted to helping clients make informed decisions. E&A is a top resource for developers, real estate agents, architects, title companies, and attorneys. Jason started his career at E&A in 2006, became an owner of the company in December 2012, and has served on the Executive Management Team since 2011. He was elected Secretary of the Board in 2014 and has been the CEO since 2017. As CEO, Jason focuses on companywide processes, procedures, and personnel to ensure that each department is dedicated to serving the entire real estate community as a resource and partner.
