Angel Starks is a REALTOR® with Locale Real Estate Group with Nebraska Realty and serves as the Director of Learning & Development at Spark. Angel oversees all programming and learning experiences for the Spark Developer Academy participants and the general public, including selection, execution, and evaluation. As a native Omahan and REALTOR® with 10+ years of experience, she is knowledgeable of the real estate industry as a whole and continues to partner with numerous entities to evolve, oversee, and evaluate services and programs aimed at bolstering the capacity of emerging developers and the real estate industry. She has served the nonprofit and educational world for more than 15 years. She is also a 2020 Spark Developer Academy graduate.
