Leigh Andres started in the commercial real estate industry in 2004 working for a retail developer, Sandor Development Company, based in Indianapolis, Indiana. She moved back to Omaha in 2006 and spent five years working for CBRE in a brokerage capacity. In 2011 she accepted a position at the Slosburg Company as the Commercial Marketing Manager overseeing a portfolio of 1.2M square feet of commercial space. She then went on to work for Ringenberg & Rattner Law for four years managing the disposition and acquisition of commercial assets as well as assisting with the negotiation of commercial leases. In 2021 she started working for Commonspirit Health (CHI Health) as the Divisional Manager of Real Estate Transaction for the Midwest. Leigh’s background hits on all facets of the commercial real estate business. She currently serves as the President for CREW Omaha focused on building relationships and providing opportunity while progressing the mission to accelerate the advancement of women in commercial real estate.
