Samuel Noddle is the Vice President of Leasing at Noddle Co., overseeing Aksarben Village and the upcoming Builder's District. He is also the President of Noddle Hospitality, responsible for managing various bars, restaurants, and the Inner Rail Food Hall.

With his career starting in Miami in 2015, Samuel worked with the Comras Company and remains a director of leasing there. He played a significant role in the redevelopment of Coconut Grove, one of Miami's iconic neighborhoods. Throughout his career, he has gained extensive knowledge of top-notch hospitality while collaborating with renowned groups like Major Food Group, Ariete Hospitality Group, SBE, Groot Hospitality, and Menin Hospitality, including those awarded Michelin stars.

Samuel is driven by a mission to evolve Omaha as one of the most modern cities in the Heartland. He achieves this by implementing innovative concepts that build upon, preserve, and enhance Omaha's rich history. Beyond his professional endeavors, Samuel has a passion for freediving, spearfishing, ultra running, and jiu-jitsu.
