Kevin earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Marquette University with concentrations in Commercial Real Estate and Finance. He joined Investors Realty, Inc. in 2011 as an Industrial Specialist and has developed a strong reputation as market leader in the Omaha/Lincoln Industrial Markets. Kevin developed a practice that is heavily focused in industrial landlord and seller representation and has been involved in new industrial land developments over the past several years. He has been named a CoStar Top Power Broker Award several times for industrial transaction volume. Kevin earned his CCIM designation in 2018 and in 2020 his SIOR designation, both of which are highly respected among commercial real estate professionals.
