As a director of development, Cam is responsible for site selection, land acquisition, entitlements and business development associated with projects throughout the United States. Cam is also responsible for growing Scannell’s Kansas City office and fostering continued growth in markets across the country.

Prior to joining Scannell, he began his career in commercial real estate as an industrial real estate broker. Cam also founded Logistics Realty Capital and Bird Dog Industrial, both entrepreneurial companies focused on investment, capital procurement, debt placement and development in the industrial real estate asset class. Cam has a dual major in finance and real estate from the University of Missouri-Columbia and is also a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR).
