Shannon Hite is Chief Customer Service Officer at Mutual of Omaha. She is responsible for various functions including Individual Health, Life and Annuity in-force service delivery and premium processing. Hite also leads the Service Community of Practice and is the Executive Sponsor of the Service Agile Release Train. In addition, she serves on the leadership team responsible for Project Beacon, the new headquarters building project.
Hite has served on a variety of community non-profit Boards and committees. She serves on the board of directors for the Kids Can Community Center. Hite earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and is pursuing a Master’s degree in Business Administration at the University of Nebraska-Omaha.
