Jason serves as chief executive officer of Cushman & Wakefield/The Lund Company, which has been among the top commercial real estate brokerage firms in the Omaha and Eastern Nebraska region for over 40 years. Jason leads over 450 professionals offering a full range of services, including brokerage, valuation and consulting, client representation, property/facility management, along with project management and development. Additionally, under Jason’s leadership, Lund Company has established itself as one of the premier multifamily management companies in the Midwest - managing more than 20,000 units across six states.

Starting with The Lund Company in 2004, Jason became president in 2010 and assumed the role as CEO in 2022. Jason’s leadership has generated remarkable growth for the firm. In addition to providing strategic leadership, Jason has played a critical role in many of Omaha’s significant real estate projects, several of which have won prestigious, local Development Project and/or Deal of the Year awards.

Jason earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Nebraska-Omaha and is a graduate of the Greater Omaha Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Omaha program. Being an active member of the Omaha community, Jason has served or is currently serving for the following boards or committees: The Nebraska Children’s Home Society, Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, Omaha by Design, The Greater Omaha Chamber of Commerce, Leadership Omaha Curriculum Committee and the Chamber’s Retail Advisory Group. Jason is a member of YPO Gold (Young Presidents’ Organization) and has served as the Nebraska Chapter Education Chair and President.
