He holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and is a licensed National Standard General Building Contractor (A) and an Executive Board Member of ULI. Adam excels at detailed pricing and is passionate about developing long-term relationships with trade partners. He oversees, develops, and leads estimating procedures, which are pivotal in setting up projects for success.
