Jeff is managing partner of IOA and leads the Los Angeles branch. Jeff has 47 years of industry experience in all phases of insurance, with specific expertise in real estate, alternative risk financing such as captives and loss sensitive plans, workers compensation, entertainment, and high-net-worth individual risk management. Jeff uses his experience with private equity firms to enhance his clients’ overall financial and operational performance.

Prior to IOA, Jeff was in multiple senior positions at USI Insurance Services. Through his proficiency in sales management and organization of over 100 Merger & Acquisitions, he helped increase company revenues from $6.5MM to over $600MM. As a Senior VP and CMO, Jeff was responsible for all sales and marketing from 2002 to 2007. Additionally, he assisted in taking the company public, then back to private when it was acquired by Goldman Sachs Capital Partners.

Jeff is a graduate from San Diego State University with a degree in Biology and a minor in Physics.
