EVENT REGISTRATION

The personal data you enter directly into our registration forms as well as any other page or form for the CRE Summit or its affiliates create such as your name, contact information and personal preferences is used in our best interest to manage CRE Summit and its related events including, but not limited to:

  • Contact you via phone or email regarding the event you registered for

  • Contact you about related CRE Summit events of which you can opt out at any time through the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email or by contacting us directly at cresummit@planitincevents.com

  • Run metrics about our event attendees

  • Improve future events

Your name, title and company may be printed on a name badge that identifies your registration type at the CRE Summit. You may be asked to show this name badge to be granted access into various event spaces.

We may ask about food allergies or other conditions in order to properly prepare adequate food and beverage menus. It is optional to provide this information.

We store the information you provide as long as is reasonably necessary to maintain records of your payment information and plan accordingly for future events.

CRE Summit takes appropriate measures to ensure that your personal data is processed and secured in a safe manner and will not sell any of your private information.
